CONCISE DESCRIPTION

The offered set of complete plant equipment is the current industry standard in the world. There are over 500 such lines in the Far East of varied output configuration of 100 tons per month’s to 6000 tons per month’s capacities. This offered set of equipment is designed with the following basics.

Hot Top casting Tables

The casting tables are intricately designed for total ease of operation — in removal of moulds, setting of moulds, cleaning and maintenance of internal section, changing of tables and self contained hydraulic tilt arms for easy billet extraction after casting. This design had been in operations in the harsh casting environment in the Far East for over 9 years and the simple mechanical designs incorporated ensures the customer have no problems using these tables. Ceramic materials used are Chinese made, proven low cost, and just as durable as those from the MNC.

Casting Machine

As a cost effective and practically maintenance free casting machine, the offered unit is a side guide free totally suspended 4 steel cable to a single coiler unit. This ensures a strong self compensating (without tilt) steady movement of the casting platen in casting operation. Using this system eliminates the need for problem causing guides (as used with smaller hydraulic cylinders), deep hydraulic cylinder pits (construction cost) or expensive large sized self guiding hydraulic cylinders.

Homogenizing Furnace

The homogenizing set up are batch arrangement units of a high air flow capacity cross flow oven, with hydraulic lift transfer and high capacity air quench.
