The APSS CNC punching-shearing flexible production line is mainly composed of automatic comprehensive warehouse, loading robot, high speed digital control punching machine, CNC right angle shear, automatic sorter and central control system. It is mainly used for automatic punching of sheet metal, shearing and plate sorting after processing. With the CNC punching machine-shearing machine as the base, it can extended to both endes. Materials are taken automatically from the comprehensive warehouse, and fed to the CNC punching machine-shearing machine for punching and shearing. The unloading unit will sort out the processed plates through the multi-sorting channel.
